1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(a) For issuance of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the salary to the petitioner since the month of November, 1996 upto October 2006 with interest @ 6 percent per annum.

(b) For any other relief/relief(s) to which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."
