JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2020 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.03.2020 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 8952 of 2020 to the extent of granting further time to the petitioner herein to surrender before the learned court below for availing the privilege of anticipatory bail. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and perusing the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time limit granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below by a further period of eight weeks from today.
