2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ashthawan P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner along with another is said to have assaulted the brother the informant due to which he sustained injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Charge-sheet has been submitted in this case. He submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation of assaulting against the petitioner and no specific allegation has been attributed against him nor any of the witness supported that

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegation as well as the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Asthawan P.S. Case No. 265 of 2023.
