The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act, pending in the court of S.D.J.M., West Muzaffarpur.

The prayer for grant of anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected on merit vide order dated 19.04.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9808 of 2016 with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks and prayer for regular bail, which shall be decided on its own merit without being prejudiced by that order. No any fresh ground has been raised in the present petition to reconsider the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no ground to reconsider the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
