JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 240 of 2015 (S.Tr. No. 32 of 2019) for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of killing of the son of the informant is against Munna Paswan by firearm and not against this petitioner. He further submits that the co-accused Raj Kumar Ram has been granted bail vide order dated 15.01.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 2518 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2018. Considering the fact that there is specific allegation against Munna Paswan and petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months, the petitioner, named above, is
