Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 05 of 2020 arising out of Rahui P.S. Case No. 324 of 2019 registered for the offence under section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The witnesses have not supported the prosecution version. Most of the witnesses have become hostile. Further submission is that petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.09.2019 and he has no criminal antecedent.
