The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Turkaulia P.S. Case No.158 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 323, 354, 504 and 508 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Witchcraft Practices Prohibition Act, 1999. The victim lady was called as Dian and at the instance of the petitioner she was brought and humiliated in such a manner that night soil was put in the month of the lady. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
