The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.25554 of 2019(2) dt.24-04-2019 2/3 Petitioners are said to have demanded extortion money of Rs. 2 lacs for running factory by the informant and on failure of the informant to cough up their demand, petitioners tried to take him away but on according them Rs.25000/-they let them free.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. There is land dispute between the parties. Title Suit No. 415 of 2014 is pending between the parties in the Court of Sub-JudgeVI, Begusarai. To mount pressure upon the petitioners, aforesaid case has been lodged by the informant against the petitioners with altogether wrong and concocted story. Occurrence is said to be of 19.08.2018, but the F.I.R. has been lodged after abnormal and inordinate delay of three days on 22.08.2018 without assigning any explanation for the aforesaid delay. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.,
