This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022 registered under section 302, 120(B), 504, 506, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has cleared the Railway Recruitment Examination conducted the Railway Recruitment Cell.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25955 of 2023(2) dt.19-05-2023 2/2 the petitioner and considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 299 of 2022.
