2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 117, 109, 118(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The allegation against the petitioners is of assaulting the victim brutally who has sustained grievous injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and they are in custody since 21.08.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner no. 02, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner no. 02 and accordingly, his prayer for bail is hereby rejected.

7. So far as petitioner no. 01 is concerned, she is a woman and she has given birth to a child in the jail, her application for bail is allowed.

8. Accordingly, let the petitioner no. 01, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-10, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 350 of 2024.
