JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in Complaint Case No. 119C of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections-323, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(X)(11) of SC and ST Act. As per allegation in the complaint petition, there is specific allegation against this petitioner of committing illegal act with the complainant. The court below has after holding an inquiry u/S 202 of the Cr.P.C. took cognizance u/S 376 of the Indian Penal Code. In such circumstances, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail which will be considered by the court below and disposed off on the same day in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order. (Sanjay Priya, J) A.K.V./- U T
