2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that specific accusation of causing fire-arm injury is against coaccused Biju Ram. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to be present at the place of occurrence. There is no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks
