JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that petitioner and two others resorted to fire but it did not cause injury to the informant. Considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to give privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, but keeping in view of the fact that no injury was caused to anyone, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 268 of 2015, pending in the Court of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53233 of 2015 (2) dt.23-11-2015 2/2 learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.
