4. By the impugned order dated 03.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5357 of 2020, the learned Single Judge has given the liberty to the writ petitioner to file a detailed representation before the concerned respondent with respect to the notice issued to him for payment of Rs. 1,94,519.00/- as deficit of the registration charges.
5. Instead of abiding by the liberty given to the appellant, he has preferred this appeal.
6. There is no merit in this appeal and is, therefore, dismissed.
