2. The appellant is apprehending his arrest in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 304 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 313, 315, 326, 406, 420, 504, 506, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(i)(r) (s) (w) of the SC/ST Act.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the appellant surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.1826 of 2024(3) dt.04-12-2024 2/2 prays for regular bail, the same shall be considered by the learned court below on the same day without being prejudiced by this order considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
