The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 718-C of 2016 registered under Sections 498-A, 341, 323, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner along with his counsel, Mr. Sanjeev Verma and complainant-opposite party no. 2 along with her father and counsel Mr. Ranjay Kumar Singh are present today. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 jointly submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24765 of 2019(5) dt.02-07-2019 2/2 that after passing the order dated 30.04.2019, petitioner and his wife, complainant-opposite 2 are residing together and lead their happily conjugal life and due to that reason, they also intend to dispose of Complaint Case No. 718-C of 2016, amicably, in the trial court.

Learned counsel for the complainant-opposite party no. 2 submits that she has no objection in allowing the pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and at present, there is no dispute in between petitioner and the complainant-opposite party no. 2. In view of the aforesaid submissions, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Supaul, in connection with Complaint Case No. 718-C of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
