Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.976 of 2022 registered under sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of one country made pistol and total three live cartridge of .315 bore and also the petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2022.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25920 of 2023(2) dt.23-05-2023 2/2 Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magisrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No.976 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit Supaul police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
