ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No.131 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was an altercation between the parties. The injuries purported to have been caused on account of such altercation have been found to be simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the nature of allegations and also the fact

No.47340 of 2016 (2) dt.10-11-2016 2/2 that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Siwan, in connection with Pachrukhi (Sarai O.P.) P.S. Case No.131 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
