2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 125 of 2010 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act.

3. This is a case of misuse of bail and the petitioner gives an undertaking that he will co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 12.12.2024.

5. In view of the above, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23799 of 2025(2) dt.30-04-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Banka/concerned Court below in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 125 of 2010, subject the condition that one of the bailors should be the close relative of the petitioner.

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Non-compliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
