Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 342, 323, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to prosecution case, the informant was married to the petitioner in the year 2017. The petitioner and his relatives were constantly putting and pressing demands for dowry. On 05.01.2019, on a trifling complaint by her Nanad to the father of the petitioner. The father of the petitioner tied hands and legs of the informant. The petitioner pured kerosene

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36313 of 2021(7) dt.17-05-2022 2/3 on her body and set ablaze by a stick of match-box. All accused persons closed door, came out and cried with a slogan that the informant has set fire herself. People arrived, put off fire by applying blanket and soil. She was forced to confessed that she herself put on the fire and a video was shot. Some well wishers took her to a private clinic where she underwent treatment and in the course she gave her fardebyan to a police officer of the Town police station Begusarai. and she died in the course of treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. He further submits that in fact the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the informant herself instituted the present F.I.R. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2021.

Vide order dated 24.03.2022 a report was called for with regard to the present stage of trial. Report reveals that four witnesses have been examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Shamho P.S. Case No. 03 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Begusarai.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36313 of 2021(7) dt.17-05-2022 3/3 Prayer is refused.

However, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
