2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with ST No 59 of 2026 arising out of Sadar PS Case No. 482 of 2025 instituted for the offence punishable under Section 309 (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita pending in the Court of learned District & Additional Sessions Judge X, Purnea.

3. The prosecution case is that the informant was looted with his belongings including the gold and silver jewellery by certain miscreants. The name of petitioner transpired in the case after two days on suspicion. No TIP has been conducted though the petitioner is in custody since 02.10.2025 and has one antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with ST No 59 of 2026 arising out of Sadar PS Case No. 482 of 2025. (Ansul, J) M.E.H./- U T
