2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14634 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2026 2/2 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by learned J.M. 1st Class, Dalsinghsrai, Samastipur in connection with Dalsing Sarai P.S. Case No.151 of 2014 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 341, 323, 504/34 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

5. Considering the submissions of learned counsels for the parties, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.

6. The interim order granted on 09.01.2024 stands vacated.
