2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 406, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a completely concocted case. There is no material to support the claim that the informant had advanced a sum of Rs. 50,000/- to the petitioner and having misplaced the original Kishan Vikash Patra (KVP), petitioner had applied for issuance of the duplicate KVP certificate which was issued on 16.01.2014. It is submitted that if the original KVP certificate had been given to the informant in January, 2013 then the same would have been

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua (Kaimur) in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 183 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
