JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add the DCLR, Begusarai Sadar, Begusarai as party respondent no. 7 during the course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The dispute in the present writ petition is whether the petitioner should approach the DCLR, Begusarai Sadar, Begusarai for appropriate action. Annexure-15 is enough for exercise of jurisdiction by the DCLR.

Without going into the controversy whether the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17396 of 2011(4) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 Annexure-15 is appropriate direction for taking action by the DCLR, the Court grants liberty to the petitioner to approach the DCLR along with a copy of the order within a period of fifteen days from today. In the event such application is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the DCLR shall be under obligation to exercise jurisdiction vested under the Act and pass appropriate order after hearing the parties within a maximum period of three months from the date of filing of such application.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
