====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-12-2023 Heard Mr. Saurabh Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Rajeev Nayan, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner had earlier moved before this court for grant of regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 46931 of 2021 which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 06.04.2022 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, if no substantial progress takes place in the trial.

4. It has been informed by learned Succ. Addl. District and Sessions Judge-III vide Letter No. 86 dated 12.05.2023 that one prosecution witness has been examined and the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30160 of 2023(3) dt.22-12-2023 2/2 pending for evidence.

5. Considering the report of the trial court, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

6. With the aforesaid observation, the bail application stands disposed of.
