====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 29-01-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an undertaking to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter as and when required. It is accordingly directed that all defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter be removed within one month hereof.

2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63387 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner no.1 was seriously

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6918 of 2021(2) dt.29-01-2021 2/2 ill and as such, her family members, petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, were all engaged in treatment of petitioner no.1. Hence, the petitioners could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the time for surrender of the petitioners and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of the order dated 21.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.63387 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

5. Modification petition stands allowed.

6. Office shall follow-up to ensure that all defects are removed and compliance with the notices of this Court are made by the petitioners within the stipulated time provided in para 1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
