JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 504, 506, 324, 379, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Codeand Section 25(1)(b) (a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. With reference to Annexure-2, he submits that the petitioner himself is victim of acid attack and the informant of this case was accused in Tekari P.S. Case No. 125/2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the fact that the informant was made accused at the instance of the petitioner for acid attack, the
