1. Heard the parties.
2. The matter relates to the selection conducted under the advertisement of 2004 for the post of Constable. The petitioners claims right of appointments against the left over vacancy under the said advertisement.
3. After almost 18 years no such relief can be granted
Patna High Court CWJC No.18006 of 2013(2) dt.17-01-2023 2/2 to the petitioners as selection process can not be continued for such a long period. The writ petition by efflux of time has become infructuous.
