The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No.255 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the first information report against the petitioner that he stabbed in the abdomen of the informant's son Rudal Manjhi, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest.

Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
