ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. After some arguments counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra, raising his entire grievances as mentioned in Annexure 2 series on which no action has been taken by the high officials.

The petitioner is directed to file representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Saran at Chapra, in the light of the order passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 (Surendra Singh Vrs. State of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous cases decided on 09.09.2022 within four weeks from today and the Senior Superintendent of Police shall consider the
