1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the C.B.I.

2. The present quashing application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.04.2015 passed in Special Case No. 04 of 2014 arising out of R.C. No. 10(A) of 2014 by the Court of learned Special Judge, CBI-III, Patna, whereby the learned court below has been pleased to reject the application for discharge filed by the petitioner.

3. On query of the Court from the learned counsel for the petitioner that as to what happened after the discharge application of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 24.04.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to answer the query of the Court.

4. Since the application seeking discharge was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54387 of 2015(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 rejected by order dated 24.04.2015 and much water has flown thereafter, as such, the Court is not inclined to interfere with this application.
