2. The report of the Superintendent of Police, Patna as contained in Letter No. 2715 dated 12th December, 2023 is available on the record. From the report, it appears that both the parties are having some dispute over properties. They are brother and sister and in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022 dated 04.08.2022, after investigation a chargesheet has already been filed. The report further says that the parties are not willing to resolve their disputes on the basis of compromise.

3. In the given facts and circumstances, this writ application has lost its significance as in the police case, chargesheet has already been filed. The parties may seek their remedy before appropriate court in accordance with law.
