The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Narpatganj P.S. case No. 443 of 2015 under Section 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter had gone to attend the call of nature but the petitioner and others kidnapped her on a Bolero jeep.

It is submitted that the victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C. and she denied the story of her kidnapping. She stated that she voluntarily married with Binod Yadav and she wanted to go to her Sasural. The victim disclosed her age to be 19 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39834 of 2016 (2) dt.19-09-2016 2/2 allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in Narpatganj P.S.
