ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 01-09-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error in the 7th line of paragraph (i) of the writ petition, area 21 decimal has wrongly been typed in place of area 20 decimal. He is directed to correct the same in course of the day.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State are present.

3. The present writ application has been filed to quash the notice issued vide letter no. 123 dated 30.01.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the Raiyat of Khata No. 1339, Khesra No. 6725 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.6064 of 2023(2) dt.01-09-2023 2/2 6726 appertaining area 21 decimal.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that by the said notice, direction has been made to the petitioner to represent himself before the Circle Officer, Agiaon Anchal, District- Bhojpur with all his documents. Counsel submits that petitioner has filed representation which is Annexure- 7.

In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to quash the notice dated 30.01.2023 rather petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation alongwith all the documents which is mentioned in Annexure- 7 to justify his stand and his claim on the said land before the Circle Officer, Agiaon Anchal, DistrictBhojpur.

7. The petitioner is also directed to file his representation and the relevant documents within four weeks' from the date of order and the Circle Officer, Agiaon Anchal, District- Bhojpur is directed to decide this matter with reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks' thereafter.

8. With this direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed of.
