2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on 11.03.2024, when the informant, along with his father and brother, was going to village Bemani to deliver Tilak money, in the meantime, they were attacked by all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, with lathi and iron rod, causing severe injuries to them and the accused persons also snatched cash and gold jewellery at gun point.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and there is specific accusation that he, along with co-accused Upendra Yadav and Karu Yadav, assaulted informant as a result of which, he sustained four injuries out of which, Injury Nos. 3 and 4 are fracture.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, specific and direct nature of accusation and gravity of offence, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
