1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief :- "1. That this is an application on behalf of petitioner for issuance of a writ of Certiorari for quashing of the order/judgement dated 28.10.2014 passed in Appeal Case no.113/2011 by the learned Presiding Officer of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Gopalganj by which the appeal filed by the petitioner against the appointment of

Patna High Court CWJC No.17807 of 2015(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 respondent no.8 has been rejected and petitioner further prays for issuance of any other writ/writs, order/ orders, direction/directions which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to file an appropriate suit in the learned Court below for the relief as prayed for in the instant application.

3. In view of the above, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
