JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The petitioner initially challenged Letter dated 5.7.2013 issued by respondent no.6 asking show cause as to why the matter be not reported to the Panchayati Raj Department for taking appropriate action for his removal from the post of Mukhia under section 18(5) of the Bihar Panchayati Raj Rule, 2006. The petitioner filed his detailed show cause reply on 17.7.2013 contained in Annexure 12. Thereafter, he has filed IA No.6510 of 2013 challenging letter dated 12.4.2013 issued by respondent no.2.
Patna High Court CWJC No.17059 of 2013 (2) dt.31-07-2015 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge any subsequent action of the respondents pursuant to the aforesaid letters.
