1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No.2, Mr. Mohit Agrawal.
2. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 at the outset submits that he has instruction to make submission that the O.P. No.2 shall have no grievance in the event if the present quashing application is allowed, as the dispute between the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 stands settled.
3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner also submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the O.P. No.2 has been resolved.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9933 of 2018(3) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 counsel for the O.P. No.2, the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in Danapur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014 whereby cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 313, 323, 498(A), 504, 34 and 120(B) of the IPC read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been take, is hereby quashed.
