The petitioner seeks bail in Karja P.S. Case No. 262 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the disclosure made by co-accused Arvind Sahani looted articles were recovered from house of this petitioner. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Recovery has been made from the house which is in joint possession of the family. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2021 having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
