Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44856 of 2016 (3) dt.13-03-2018 2/2 Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2012, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Sections 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has fairly stated that a petition was earlier filed on behalf of the petitioners for discharge before this Court, which was dismissed and the counsel for the petitioners was permitted to withdraw the aforesaid petition.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition seeking quashing of the order by which cognizance has been taken. The present petition is thus dismissed.
