2. The wife of the deceased is the informant. It has been alleged that the deceased had illicit relations with the petitioner. The petitioner in her self-inculpatory confessional statement narrated the entire occurrence and on the basis whereof recovery of sharp cut weapon by which the murder was committed was recovered.

3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.07.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 19180 of 2024 passed by this Court.

4. I do not see any reason to re-consider my earlier
