Petitioner is accused in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302/120B of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by different Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 65346 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 1937 of 2020 on 09.01.2020 and 19.06.2020 respectively, as contained in Annexure nos. -4 and 4/1 to the supplementary affidavit.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 166 of 2019.
