From the pleadings on record, it appears that all admitted retiral dues of the petitioner have been paid. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

However, in the event, the petitioner finds that there is some discrepancy in the payment made to him, he shall have liberty to appear before the Registrar of the University within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order and shall file representation enclosing all documents on which such claim is based. The Registrar shall look into the matter and pass appropriate orders expeditiously.
