The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Garkha P.S. Case No. 94/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(F) of the Excise Act.

The informant got information that country-made liquor was prepared in the field of Vakil Thakur. The informant proceeded to verify the information and saw three persons fleeing away. Two persons Arjun Rai and Amarnath Rai were apprehended. They disclosed the name of the Satyendra Rai (petitioner). Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and name of the petitioner figured in the case on the basis of disclosure made by Arjun Rai and Amarnath Rai.

No.48285 of 2016 (2) dt.15-12-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 7th, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
