Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State. 2.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 594 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323, 319, 308 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have

Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail petition. It is also submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Gaya in connection with Bodhgaya P.S. Case No. 594 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
