2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the brother of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegation is against the Chacha of the petitioner of killing the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2024.
