2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 263/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement before the police has said that she got married with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 03.01.2024.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dehri,
