2. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, while the minor daughter of the informant went out to attend the call of nature with grandmother, the accused persons, including the petitioner, kidnapped her.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He has further submitted that, in course of recording

No.24121 of 2025(3) dt.06-08-2025 2/2 her statement under Section 164 of the CrPC, the learned Magistrate assessed her age as 20 years, whereas she herself stated her age as 21 years. She stated that she had solemnized her marriage with co-accused Ravi Kumar. The petitioner is a co-villager.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, is directed to furnish bail bond and on doing so, the court below shall release the petitioner on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
