The petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 698 of 2019 arising out of Sahajitpur P.S. Case No. 47 of 2019 dated 13.04.2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.11.2019. It is submitted by the learned senior counsel for the

He submitted that there is no progress in the case and even the charges have not been framed till date. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, considering that there is direct and specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired causing injuries to the son of the informant just below the chest, as a result of which, he died, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.
