Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379, 386 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, these petitioners along with other accused persons demanded ransom and collected Rs. 50,000/- from the informant.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the case. As a matter of fact informant had taken loan from the petitioners and he refused to return the amount and in order to

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits that there is direct and specific allegation against these petitioners that they along with other accused persons demanded ransom and collected Rs. 50,000/- from the informant.
Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on pre arrest bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) BKS/- U T
